Who is responsible

The data controller is David Franco Aguirre (GoRandom), Bilbao, Spain, [email protected]. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.

What we collect

• Contact form and email: your name, email address and message, used only to reply (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Kept for at most 12 months.
• Server and security logs: IP address, browser and page requested, kept by our hosting provider and by Cloudflare to run and protect the site (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics: only with your consent, Google Analytics records the pages visited and general device information, with IP addresses truncated (art. 6(1)(a)).
• Advertising: this site may show ads served by Google AdSense. With your consent Google may use cookies for interest-based advertising; without it, ads are not personalised. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Consent

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the consent banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the “Privacy and cookie settings” link in the footer; withdrawal takes effect for the future.

Who receives the data

Our hosting provider in the EU, Cloudflare (delivery and security) and, if you consent, Google (analytics and advertising). Transfers outside the EU rely on European Commission adequacy decisions, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right of access (art. 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), portability (20) and objection (21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected].

Complaints

You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live. The authority competent for us is the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). Visitors from Japan may also contact the Personal Information Protection Commission.
